Jane Inc.'s "softy" lavender filled wrap can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer. Holds heat better than buckwheat filled pillows - our special blend of lavender and rice stays hot 3 to 4 times as long as a buckwheat filled pillow. Lavender flowers come from all over the world and the scent of the lavender is very different - English Lavender is very agressive and slightly woody smelling. The best lavender in the world comes from France - grown side-by-side with grapes, this Provencal Lavender is slightly floral and sweet - smelling much like a summer day in Provance. The vine figured fabric in this product is incredibly soft (and washable). A spearate Lavender pack can be removed for so that you can wash the cover.
