Bilberry Bilberry is made from a little blue berry that is related to blueberries and cranberries. Bilberry is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Its strong antioxidant composition makes it an excellent free radical scavenger, which helps combat the cell damage that leads to premature aging.
Lemon and Orange These bright and zesty citrus fruits have long had a prominent role in skin care. Lemons are high in natural fruit acids and have the highest percentage of vitamin C of all the fruits.
