We believe in client education, stretching, and self-care between massages for optimal health. Your therapist will be happy to demonstrate stretches that will be most beneficial to your individual needs.

We also offer quality reference books for stretching and reflexology self-care, the best pain relief products, and quality relaxation tools to help maintain muscle health and minimize pain.
